Temporary work

Manpower provides your company with a flexibility to staff up or down according to workload shifts in your company. The employment of temporary workers is regulated by the provisions of legal act from 9th of July 2003.

We place qualified individuals in your organization who are selected according to the criteria specified by your company. Manpower finds, employs and delegates people to work at your premises. The temporary workers placed in your company are employed by Manpower and therefore the administrative and legal aspects of employing temporary staff such as health and social insurance, income tax, benefits and holiday pay are provided by Manpower.

In Poland Manpower provides temporary work services for more than 1.400 companies, both international corporations and small, medium and big Polish companies. Every year we employ over a few tens of thousands of temporary workers, working on different positions.

Outsourcing

You pass the management of your staff onto an external company. In case of cooperation with Manpower, the employees delegated to work at your company will be formally employed by Manpower. The actual benefits are: time effectiveness, lower costs, flexibility of employment.

Manpower’s Outsourcing service includes:

  • recruitment of candidates, including those appointed by your company; employment, delegation and full availability of outsourced staff,
  • keeping personal data records of staff,
  • signing contracts with the candidates approved by your company,
  • responsibilities subsequent to staff employment (calculation and payments of remuneration),
  • administrative management of outsource staff (social security, insurance, taxes, issuing documentation, RMUA, PIT, RP-7).

Outsourcing helps you optimize and regulate costs of administrating the staff. Our services will enable you to gain proven employees without increasing your headcount.
