What will be your tasks?
- Scheduling interview meetings
- Supporting HR department in day to day duties, providing general administrative support
- Gathering data for excel spreadsheets, presentations and reports
- Preparing drafts, producing files and materials
- Maintaining contact with employees and candidates
- Helping with other HR activities within the company
What we expect?
- English at C1 level
- Great organization skills, proactiveness, and ability to meet deadlines
- Administration experience (at least 1 year)
- Positive personality, friendly, curious and eager to learn
