Requirements:
- Advanced spoken English: B2-C1 level
- flexibility to work in the afternoon / night (5 days a week between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., Monday-Sunday, e.g. from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., 3 p.m. to 12 p.m., 4 pm. to 1 a.m., 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., 7 p.m. to 4 a.m., 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.)
- Good organization of work and attention to detail
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
- PC/Windows proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Daily support for English-speaking clients and answering inquiries related to the company's services
- Support for incoming helpline in English
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with American customers
