Responsibilities
- Review and process privacy requests using internal tools in line with client policies and European legislation.
- Evaluate the validity of requests and ensure high quality and accuracy in decision-making.
- Collaborate with policy specialists and internal teams to resolve cases and regulatory inquiries.
- Meet productivity targets and contribute to process improvements.
- Continuously develop knowledge of policies, tools, and workflows.
- Support multiple markets, including English, and adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English (min. B2)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good computer skills (Google Suite is a plus).
- Willingness to review sensitive or explicit online content.
- Degree or relevant experience in privacy, legal support, or online operations is an advantage.
