We are seeking a Collections Specialist to support debt collection and receivables management processes.
Location: Wrocław/ hybrid
B2B Contract/ UoP

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring overdue accounts
- Conducting collection activities
- Resolving payment-related issues
- Cooperating with customers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience in Collections, AR, Credit Control or OTC
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
- SAP experience is preferred
