You will work with multidisciplinary teams across Poland and Scandinavia, delivering advanced façade, window, and door systems for large-scale commercial developments.
Job Tasks:
- Manage and coordinate international façade and fenestration projects from design phase through project execution
- Act as the key link between project stakeholders, engineering teams, suppliers, production, and external partners
- Develop and review technical documentation, design bases, and engineering solutions
- Coordinate 3D and 2D project documentation for façade and fenestration systems
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, financial follow-up, and scope change management
- Prepare technical specifications and material take-offs for procurement activities
- Identify and mitigate technical and project risks related to façade systems and construction interfaces
- Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, and international teams
- Ensure project delivery targets are achieved regarding quality, timeline, and budget
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the project organization
- Opportunity for occasional international travel and collaboration with project teams across Europe, Australia, and the United States
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating technical projects
- Practical experience within façades, curtain walls, aluminium systems, windows and doors, or the construction industry
- Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and develop engineering solutions
- Knowledge of lightweight façade structures, building systems, and constructability principles
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and cost management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Inventor
- Strong communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
- English at B2 level or above for daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
