Notice of the information

1. The Data Controller of your personal data is ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat at ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warszawa, hereafter referred to as the Data Controller.

3. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by e-mail: [email protected]; by phone: (+ 48 22) 50 40 715, and/or by post: ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warszawa.

4. Your data will be processed in order to direct marketing content - the legal basis of the processing is the Data Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legitimate interest of the Data Controller consists in directing marketing content to you by e-mail, in connection with your consent to receiving commercial information including marketing content to the e-mail address you provided. 

5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive your personal data under the law, as well as entities acting on behalf of the Data Controller, including, among others, IT systems providers, hosting services, e-mail service providers.

6. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or raise an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of sending commercial information, including marketing content by electronic means.

7. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and your person will not be subject to automated decisions; in particular, your personal data will not be subject to profiling.

8. You have the right to: access your data, request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing; you also have the right to object to the processing of your data. 

9. If you recognize that the Data Controller processes your personal data in breach of law, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the personal data protection supervisory authority - in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the purported violation. In Poland, such supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

10. Providing personal data is voluntary, however not providing it will prevent you from receiving the commercial information and/or marketing content.
