Notice of the GDPR

1. In the event that you wish to participate in the current recruitment, the Data Controller of your personal data will be the ManpowerGroup including: ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o., MP Transactions Sp. z o.o., MP Services Sp. z o.o, ManpowerGroup Solutions Sp. z o.o., Proservia Polska Sp. z o.o. with their registered offices at ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warszawa, and/or MP Management Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 85/87, 90-057 Łódź , Poland) who are recruiting for the position you applied for. 

2. If you agree that we may process your personal data for the purpose of recruiting for jobs in future, the following companies belonging to the ManpowerGroup: ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o, MP Transactions Sp. z o.o., MP Services Sp. z o.o., ManpowerGroup Solutions Sp. z o.o., Proservia Polska Sp. z o.o. with their registered offices at ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warszawa, and/or MP Management Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 85/87, 90-057 Łódź, hereinafter referred to as: the "WADO", shall be jointly acting as the personal data controllers for your personal data.

3. If you have also agreed to receive commercial information, including the marketing content related to the products and services offered by companies of the ManpowerGroup, including: ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o., MP Transactions Sp. z o.o., MP Services Sp. z o.o, ManpowerGroup Solutions Sp. z o.o., MP Actions Sp. z o.o. with their registered offices at ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warszawa, and MP Management Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 85/87, 90-057 Łódź ), the Data Controller for your personal data will be ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o.

6. The legal basis to process your personal data included in the application documents for the purpose of the recruitment are the following provisions of law:

a) Article 6(1)(c) GDPR i.e. the legal obligation arising under Article 22 (1) of the Labour Code – for the seeking of employment on the basis of an employment contract; 

b) Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. applicant’s consent to the processing of their personal data in a scope broader than as provided in Article 22 (1) of the Labour Code and participation in future recruitments;

c) Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e. applicant’s consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of participating in future recruitments; 

d) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. taking action at the request of an authorised entity prior to the conclusion of a contract - in the case of seeking establishing of cooperation on the basis of a civil law contract. 

e) Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legally justified interest of the Data Controller and the WADO, so that we may verify your professional qualifications and possibly assert and/or defend ourselves against claims, if any.

7. Your data may also be processed for the purpose of directing the marketing contents to you; in such a case, the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legitimate interest of ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. consists in sending marketing information to you via e-mail  based on your consent to receiving commercial information, including marketing content to your e-mail address.

8. The Data Controllers and WADO may only make your personal data available to other recipients in connection with the need to comply with a legal obligation or in order to exercise a legitimate right. The Data Controllers and the WADO may only disclose your personal data to the following recipients: our service providers (e.g. IT system providers, hosting services, e-mail service providers and other entities with the support of whom the WADO process your personal data), our clients - your potential employers (we only disclose your data to our clients who offer jobs or projects that may be of interest to you or who are interested in your profile. Clients/potential employers are obliged to observe contractual and other confidentiality obligations.

9. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third countries and/or international organisations and will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making.

10. For the purpose of the current recruitment process, your personal data will be processed for the period of one (1) month from the date of completion of the current recruitment, or, if you consent to the processing of your data for future recruitments,  for no longer than three (3) years from the date of submission of your application or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, whichever occurs earlier. If you consent to receive commercial information by e-mail, your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data for the purpose of receiving commercial information including the marketing content by e-mail. 

11. We would like to inform you that you may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. For evidence purposes, please withdraw your consent in writing to the address of the registered office or electronically.

12. You have the right to access your data and to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to personal data portability and the right to object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

13. Providing personal data is necessary for the purposes of recruitment. If you fail to provide your personal data, we will not be able to consider your candidacy in the current recruitment process and you will not  be able to participate in future recruitment processes or receive the commercial information or the marketing content.
