Tasks:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Coordination of external payroll vendors
- Partner with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Design and execute talent development initiatives to support career progression and skills enhancement
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role within a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and labor regulations in Poland
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards
- Relevant HR certifications or degrees are preferred
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
