We are looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to support Order-to-Cash operations in an international environment.
Location: Wrocław/ hybrid
B2B Contract/ UoP

Responsibilities:
- Managing customer accounts and outstanding receivables
- Performing collections activities
- Following up on payment disputes
- Supporting credit review processes
- Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience in Credit Management, Collections, AR or OTC
- Fluent English
- Experience in customer account management and collections
- Strong communication skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
