For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Commerical Order Specialist.

Job Tasks:
- Ensuring commercial order processing for new vehicles in accordance with valid guidelines, instructions, and legal requirements
- Preparation of invoice documents and commercial documents in compliance with letters of credit and customer requirements
- Timely provision of documents to customers and the finance department
- Monitoring and optimization of order and yard inventory
- Support and consulting for sales regions and business units on commercial and logistical topics
- Coordination of processing procedures with interface partners (transport logistics, credit management, technical order processing, production planning, IT, export control, tax consulting)
- Clarification of VAT and foreign trade-related issues
- Basic knowledge of international trade and taxation is desirable
- Fluent German and English
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of professional experience
- Even in high-pressure situations, you remain calm and focused – your structured and independent working style, combined with strong communication skills, helps you stay on track
- You are a true team player: you actively support your team, are helpful, and contribute to a positive and successful working environment with your optimistic attitude
- Employment Contract signed directly with the our client (Replacement Contract)
