For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Specialist (CAPEX & MRO).

Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for CAPEX and MRO categories
- Conduct supplier evaluations, RFx processes, and commercial negotiations
- Analyze procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support contract creation, renewals, and compliance monitoring
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance tracking
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and savings analyses
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Project Management teams
- Contribute to category management strategies and procurement improvement initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain
- Proven experience managing sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in CAPEX, MRO, manufacturing equipment, automation, or industrial procurement
- Background in manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of Sievo or similar spend analytics tools
- Employment based on a temporary employment contract
- Hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in the office)
