- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Supporting the sales department in the execution of its duties
- Proficiency in English at a minimum communicative level
- Experience in Customer Care/ Customer Service/ Sales Support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage one’s own workload effectively
- A positive attitude and openness to new challenges
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
