We are looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to support Order-to-Cash operations in an international environment.
Location: Wrocław/ hybrid
B2B Contract/ UoP
Immediate start available
Project duration: 24 months
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer accounts and outstanding receivables
- Performing collection activities and following up on overdue invoices
- Monitoring debtor balances and supporting cash collection targets
- Reviewing credit limits and supporting credit assessment processes
- Handling payment disputes and escalations
- Preparing reports and analyzing collection performance
- Supporting process improvements, system-related initiatives, and documentation updates
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders and providing guidance to less experienced team members
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience in Credit Management, Collections, AR or OTC
- Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2+)
- Experience in customer account management, collections, and credit control
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience in process improvement, reporting, or system migration projects is an advantage
