Responsibilities:
•   Handling incoming calls and inquiries via chat in Danish
•   Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
•   Resolving any issues related to reservations, returns or complaints
•   Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services
•   Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service

Requirements:
•   Fluent Danish (C1) and very good English (B2)
•   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•   Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
•   Availability to start work on 19.10.2026

Offer:
•   Employment based on an employment contract
• Salary: 11 000 PLN gross per month
•   On-site role based in Warsaw
•   Working in a shift-based schedule within the following operating hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
